Season Pass Variants
Winking Studios is casting their style up into the Season Pass this time around! Hope you like vivid colors and stylized characters because that’s what they are serving up. Baron Mordo isn’t a good card yet but even he is looking fancy this time around. Merlin is easily the best with his iconic classic mage look and magical paraphernalia.

Series 5 - Season Pass
Merlin is bringing his entire spellbook to Snap. He is a 2-Cost 3-Powered card with the effect of giving you one of his incantations at the start of every turn. If you have ever seen Agamotto in action, you’ll be familiar with Spells. But Merlin’s are quite different. Have a look:
Datamine changes: Polymorph got buffed, now it transforms into a card with +1 cost instead of +2.
They are cheap, powerful, and unpredictable! Think you can handle this level of power? What decks will work best with this powerful mage?
Series 5 - Seasonal Snap Pack
Datamine changes: Morgan le Fay got 2 extra points of power from her initial datamine.
Do you hate losing? Morgan is here to make sure that you never lose a card again (she can’t help you with your lost cubes). She is a 4-Cost 7-Powered with the On Reveal of returning your destroyed and discarded cards back into your hand with a +3 Power bonus. Isn’t she incredible? What are we bringing back with her? I hope Swarms! She is arriving on day one of the league on June 3rd.
Hey, is the MCU variant! The Ancient One is teleporting in as a 3-Cost 5-Power card with the On Reveal of placing the powerful Tao Mandala into your hand. What does it do though?
Complicated? Copy the text of one of your Ongoing cards into all characters in this location. Play it on a lane with an Iron Man and two squirrels and they all get the armor? That seems cool as heck! I believe The Ancient One and her Mandala will be awesome in the Zoo. Where else will she fit? The Ancient One and her Mandale are arriving on June 10th.
Datamined changes: Nightmare is now a 3-Cost -1-Power. Quite different from his godly datamine version.
Nightmare is raising chaos all over your cards! His On-Reveal Replaces the text of each card in your hand with text from a random card of the same Cost. Get ready for RedSkull with Iron Man’s Text, Titania’s with Hood’s effect and every other possible crazy combination. Are you ready to roll the Nightmare's dice? If you’re tempted, he is joining on June 24th.
Clea is bringing the heat! As a 1-Cost 1-Power card she seems a tad small but her effect is quite powerful. Whenever she permanently gains power, she gives you her signature spell: Flames of the Faltine. Shall we take a peak?
Datamine changes: Flames of the Faltine will arrive granting -3 power instead of -2.
This is quite a pay-off isn’t it? Try to get power into Clea to get enough flames to light up all your opponent’s cards with negative Power. Grab Forge, Ironheart and pray for Muir Island. What decks will work best with her? If you think you can handle the heat, she is arriving on the 24th.
Dormammu is finally upon us! If you want to bargain with him, you'd better be ready to follow all the steps of the Ritual. He is a 7-Cost 11-Power card that will add the first step of his ritual to your hand at gamestart. Let’s see all the steps:
Three different steps and mechanics all to bring Dormammu into the field, what are you willing to sacrifice for your search of ultimate power? Dormmamu and his convoluted ritual is coming up on the 1st of July.
Series 4 - Seasonal Snap Packs
Ready your thickest spellbook! Nicholas Scratch is joining up as a 1-Cost 2-power that gains +1 power for every spell you cast while he is on the board. Merlin and Agamotto all the newcomers will make him grow into a real threat.
I have never met this woman in my life. Jennifer Kale is the brand new Activate card that gives you +1 Energy whenever you decide. Is she more than an Activate Psylocke? Can you think of any decks that would benefit more from her than the OG mana queen?
HIGH VOLTAGE OVERDRIVE
High Voltage is coming back with a twist! It's the High Voltage that we know and love but after enough charged cards get played, something crazy happens! You’d better prepare your batteries on June 16th. We don’t have all the details this time around though. We can only guess which rewards will get this time around. My money is on Kid Omega and Cobra.

Both locations would be great with Iron Man but I’m sure there will be a ton of strategies to snatch the gold from your opponent!

Great season all around! I can’t wait for the triumphant return of High Voltage. I'm also excited to finally play Dormammu, he looks like the most interesting card of the season, but that’s my humble opinion. Which card is the most exciting to you?
